Guiding People Toward
True Inner Peace
My work is rooted in the belief that true transformation begins within — when the heart finds peace, the mind gains clarity, and behavior becomes aligned with purpose.
Through a unique integration of behavioral science, education, and Islamic spiritual values, I provide practical tools that help individuals understand themselves, regulate their emotions, and transform the way they respond to life's challenges. I guide people not just to manage difficulty, but to rise through it with faith, strength, and purpose.
"True transformation begins within — when the heart finds peace, the mind gains clarity, and behavior becomes aligned with purpose."
I support individuals in learning to respond with awareness instead of reacting emotionally, to replace challenging behaviors with intentional, value-driven actions, and to strengthen relationships through compassion, understanding, and responsibility. At the core of everything I do is a deep trust in Allah and a commitment to helping each person discover their own inner strength.
Whether through public speaking, workshops, one-on-one consultation, or structured educational programs, my mission remains constant: to create lasting transformation that touches every dimension of life — the personal, the relational, the professional, and the spiritual.

What I'm Working Toward
To empower individuals — especially women, families, and professionals — to achieve true inner peace and build lives rooted in faith, emotional balance, meaningful relationships, and purpose.
How I Create Change
To create lasting transformation by guiding individuals through the P.E.A.C.E™ Framework — a unique approach that integrates behavioral science, education, and Islamic spiritual principles.
- Develop inner peace through connection with Allah
- Understand and regulate emotions
- Align actions with purpose and values
- Build healthy, compassionate relationships
- Strengthen resilience in the face of life's challenges
The P.E.A.C.E™ Framework
A five-pillar approach to transformation — weaving together behavioral science and Islamic spiritual wisdom into a practical, lived system.
P.E.A.C.E™ is not just a concept… It is a practical framework that transforms how we think, feel, and live.
What I Believe
Transformation Begins Within
No lasting change happens from the outside in. When the inner world is healed and aligned, every dimension of life — relationships, work, purpose — naturally begins to shift.
Science and Spirit Are Not Opposites
Behavioral science and Islamic values are deeply complementary. Together, they offer a complete, grounded path toward emotional health and purposeful living.
Responding Over Reacting
The ability to pause, reflect, and choose a response over an automatic reaction is one of the most transformative skills any person can develop.
Women Are Pillars of Society
When a woman finds her peace and purpose, she doesn't just transform herself — she transforms her family, her home, and her wider community.
Healthy Families Change the World
Homes built on mercy, emotional intelligence, and mutual respect produce individuals who show up with strength and compassion in every space they enter.
Peace Is Built, Not Found
Inner peace is not a destination we stumble upon — it is intentionally constructed through awareness, daily practice, and an unshakeable connection with Allah.
Born in Iraq, Dr. Najat Fradi grew up in a country shaped by war, uncertainty, and loss. As a high school student during wartime, she studied by candlelight when electricity and water were often unavailable. Even in the darkest moments, she remained deeply connected to her faith, finding strength, calm, and hope through prayer and reflection. That inner peace became the anchor that carried her forward.
During years marked by conflict, Dr. Najat completed her bachelor’s degree in English from Baghdad University and became an ESL teacher. As wars continued, her family endured profound loss, losing loved ones, stability, and eventually their homeland. Forced to leave Iraq, they arrived in the United States carrying grief, resilience, and an unshakable belief that purpose can rise from hardship.
Determined to serve others, Dr. Najat began working with refugees, helping families rebuild their lives while navigating trauma, displacement, and interrupted dreams. During this time, she recognized a deeper calling: to strengthen education systems and support future generations. She pursued a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, advocating for acceptance despite being told she did not meet traditional prerequisites—followed by a PhD in Education (Curriculum and Instruction). In 2012, she earned her doctorate and returned to Iraq, not as a victim of war, but as a woman with knowledge, vision, responsibility, and a clear message and purpose.
In Iraq, Dr. Najat trained educators, delivered workshops, contributed to curriculum development, and authored books in Arabic and English. Her work focused on modernizing education, empowering teachers, and supporting children and families through learning and awareness.
Upon returning to the United States, Dr. Najat noticed a growing need within communities, particularly among families raising children diagnosed with autism. Guided by both compassion and responsibility, she pursued advanced training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Beginning as a behavior technician and advancing into supervisory and leadership roles, she specialized in understanding the function behind human behavior and developing practical, compassionate strategies for meaningful change.
“Inner peace is not something we wait for,
it is something we return to.
Dr. Najat has since trained parents, caregivers, special education teachers, and autism professionals in schools and autism centers. She created a scientific, practical autism curriculum built on workshops, real-life scenarios, and daily-life exercises to support families and educators. She is also the author of multiple books on raising children and teenagers with love, awareness, and structure, demonstrating how emotional safety and understanding can positively shape behavior.
In 2023, Dr. Najat faced the deepest loss of her life—the sudden passing of her eldest son. Rather than allowing grief to end her journey, she allowed it to clarify her purpose. She chose to continue serving, teaching, and healing—transforming pain into legacy through education, guidance, and compassion.
Today, Dr. Najat Fradi is an international keynote speaker, Certified Professional Life Coach, behavior consultant, engagement coordinator, and author. She speaks to organizations, schools, autism centers, parents, and community groups about inner peace, faith, human behavior, resilience, relationships, and purpose. Her work uniquely integrates psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), spirituality, prayer, intention, and meditation—offering audiences not just inspiration, but tools for real life.
